He says some people will pursue weight loss with strict calorie reduction and then be hungry (& miserable!) for life! I USED to do this!
I used to feel continually stressed and confused about what I should eat, how much I should eat, how much I should exercise and then CONSTANTLY wonder why I always felt hungry, and why I was always dissatisfied with my weight.
Now that I eat a high healthy-fat diet, I rarely feel hungry (and am always happy!) even after not eating for 24 hours! Day after day!!!!
