After reading and rereading about the pulpo (octopus) on the Camino, my excitement and anticipation began increasing for months before leaving!
Once I crossed Spain and entered Galicia, my chances of finding it increased with each step! I ate it in the most famous Camino pulpo-eating town Melide. I also ate it freshly caught on the coast in Finisterre.
